Surprisingly, I bought my current house when I was single, 22, and able to make the decision completely solo. I learned then that there are many factors that have to be considered before deciding to buy a house. Adding a husband to the mix helped make it even more clear that the decision to buy a house cannot be made lightly. It is a big financial decision, and one that takes some serious thought. After being though the process myself and having helped a large number of people though the process of buying a house I am confident that I am someone that gives great advice and guidance.
